It’s easy to report issues or ask questions about #open. Just send an email to email@example.com
If you are on the Login screen and have trouble receiving or entering your code, just scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the #open email address. The app will open an email with the essential fields pre-filled. All you need to do is type in a description of your problem or your question and tap Send.
If you are using the app and encounter a bug or have a question, just go to the Profile tab on the Settings screen (tap the button at the top left of your screen, then tap the Profile tab), then scroll down and tap on Help/Feedback button.
When you tap the Send Email to #open button, the app will open an email with the essential fields pre-filled. All you need to do is type in a description of your problem or your question and tap Send.
Note: when the app creates a new email, it will send from the default email address for your device. If you have multiple email accounts and want to use a particular account for your correspondence with #open, just press and hold on the Cc/Bcc, From: field in the email and it will expand to let you edit those fields. On the iOS, if you press and hold the From: field you will see a picker at the bottom of your screen where you can choose from the accounts currently registered on your device.
